Handling time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day of payment. A "working day" excludes weekends and bank holidays. This enables customers to make amends to orders, combine shipping or cancel an order. Ordering before 2pm usually ensures the item will be dispatched on the same day. However, this is not guaranteed and sometimes it can take a day or two longer.
